Our process is our secret. Old-fashioned methods that modern factories abandoned.
Whole red chillies, fenugreek, and mustard are spread on cotton cloth and dried under the Telangana sun for 2–3 days — concentrating flavour the natural way.
Spices are ground on traditional kal-ural (stone grinders) — not blenders. This preserves the essential oils and gives the masala a texture machines can't achieve.
We use cold-pressed gingelly (sesame) oil — the traditional choice of Telugu pickles. It acts as a natural preservative and adds a distinctive nutty depth.
No rushing. Each batch is marinated for 48–72 hours so every piece fully absorbs the masala. The result is flavour that goes all the way through.
Every jar is filled and sealed by hand — checked for quality, weight, and seal integrity before it leaves our kitchen and reaches your doorstep.

I ordered the Mango and Prawns Pickle. Both are outstanding! The mango is tangy with the right amount of spice. This is the real Andhra taste I've been missing in Bangalore.
